Daca HDMI 2.1 are latime de banda 48 Gbps, hdmi 2.2 aduce 96 Gbps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru a profita, totusi, de latimea de banda completa, va fi necesar un nou tip de cablu certificat Ultra96, care va insoti lansarea comerciala a primelor dispozitive HDMI 2.2, asteptata anul viitor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certificarea se va aplica doar cablurilor capabile sa gestioneze 64 Gbps, 80 Gbps sau 96 Gbps, in functie de configuratie. Cablurile HDMI 2.1 vor continua sa fie vandute cu eticheta Ultra High Speed, dar nu vor putea atinge noile performante oferite de versiunea HDMI 2.2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eticheta Ultra96 de pe porturile HDMI ale dispozitivelor nu garanteaza automat compatibilitatea completa cu 96 Gbps. Dispozitivul in sine va trebui, de asemenea, sa fie compatibil cu noul standard.
